SNOW BUNNIES

Mommy had a meeting in Flagstaff so Grandma Vicki came along for the trip to let the girls play in the snow. They dropped Mommy off and went in search of snow. Grandma Vicki said it took her longer to bundle them up than the time they actually spent in the snow. They took about two steps, fell, and cried to go back in the car. So they went shopping at the Flagstaff Farmer's Market. Shopping for Isabelle and food for Madee.

Paci fairy

The time finally came when the Paci fairy came into the house in the middle of the night and STOLE all of Madee's paci's last Friday night. She was heartbroken for a while. It has been a long week and she has only asked for it once. It actually was easier than I imagined. About two weeks ago we told Madee the paci fairy was coming and she freaked out; screaming, hitting, throwing whatever she had in her hands. Thankfully we told her while she was in the car seat! In the end, we are Paci free...we hope!

Oh the days

It is so amazing to watch my girls grow up so fast right in front of my eyes. They are learning to do so much on their own. Soon I will be able to sleep in and they will be making me breakfast. For now, I think I will stick to combing Madee's hair; that is one she hasn't quite mastered yet!

Freckles!

Both girls were finally able to tell Daddy they wanted a kitty. Mommy said that is all she wanted for Christmas. We now welcome Freckles, our stripped kitten into our home. She is 3 months and full of love. She tolerates both girls very well and even lets them pet her...occassionally. Isabelle is having a great time telling Madee what is mean and not mean when playing with the kitty.
If you are wondering why Isabelle named the kitten Freckles, it is because both her imaginary dog and cat were both named Freckles too. Even if it lookes like the name doesn't fit, it surely does!
